WRITE FOR US
As a magazine that has published Pulitzer Prize-winning authors, SEARCH has high standards of writing and research, but we are always seeking new voices. Pitch your idea in detail and include sources, possible sidebars, and prospective photos or artwork. If you have not contributed before, please send two to three links to published articles. As always, the best way to determine what we’re looking for is to read recent issues of the magazine in the archive.
We accept queries via e-mail only: editors@searchmagazine.org. Keep in mind that our lead time is three months; submissions should not be so time-sensitive that they will appear dated by the time of publication. We look forward to hearing from you.
